3. Cancellation Policy

I would make this one much shorter and very clear, especially because this is what people will want to know before paying:

Cancellation Policy

Workshop and experience bookings are non-refundable due to limited capacity and the preparation involved.

Transfers

If you can no longer attend:

• 7 days or more before the event: your booking may be transferred to another available date, subject to availability, or transferred to another person.
• Less than 7 days before the event: the booking can be transferred to another person, but a date change is not guaranteed.

If you transfer your booking to another person, please inform Cake Atelier Copenhagen in advance and provide the new participant's name and contact details.

If Cake Atelier cancels

If Cake Atelier Copenhagen cancels or reschedules an experience, you will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to a new date.
