These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings made for workshops, events and experiences offered by Cake Atelier Copenhagen.

By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.

1. About Cake Atelier Copenhagen

Cake Atelier Copenhagen is a registered home bakery and creative cake studio based in Amager, Copenhagen, Denmark.

2. Booking & Payment

Your place is secured once full payment has been received and your booking has been confirmed.

All prices are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Workshop and experience details, including date, time, location, duration and what is included, are stated in the individual experience listing. Please review these details before booking.

3. Workshops & Experiences

Our workshops are creative, hands-on experiences focused on cake decorating, technique and creativity.

Each workshop follows a set format and pace. Individual one-to-one teaching or personalised pacing is not guaranteed unless specifically stated in the experience description.

Workshops are primarily designed for adults. Participants aged 10+ may attend when accompanied by a participating adult, unless otherwise stated.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss important parts of the session and it may not be possible to repeat instructions.

4. Allergens & Dietary Requirements

Cake Atelier Copenhagen works with common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy and sesame.

Workshops and products may be prepared in environments where these allergens are present. A completely allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

If you have a specific allergy or dietary requirement, please contact us before booking so we can let you know whether your needs can be accommodated.

By booking, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

5. Photos & Media

Photos and videos may be taken during workshops and events for use on the Cake Atelier Copenhagen website, social media and other marketing materials.

If you prefer not to appear in photographs or videos, please let us know at the beginning of the session.

6. Changes & Cancellation by Cake Atelier

Cake Atelier Copenhagen reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop or experience in exceptional circumstances.

If we cancel or reschedule, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a new date.

7. Responsibility

Cake Atelier Copenhagen is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from failure to follow instructions provided during a workshop.

Participants are responsible for informing us of relevant allergies or dietary requirements before participating.

8. Right to Refuse Participation

Cake Atelier Copenhagen reserves the right to refuse participation or ask a participant to leave if their behaviour significantly disrupts the experience or affects the safety or enjoyment of other participants.

9. Complaints

If you have an issue with your booking or experience, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@cakeateliercph.dk so we can address it.

Complaints are handled in accordance with applicable Danish consumer law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law.
